Bye bye! No more phone.

After the boat ride was a meandering path (read: slept past my train stop) to Meguro Gajoken. This is a mega swank hotel on the outskirts of Tokyo that has six special rooms that house some rare forms of arcitectural art, like pearl inlaid designs on walls. The hotel is apparently the inspiration for the bathhouse in the movie "Spirited Away." I can totally see it. What I didn't see was the special rooms, as they weren't open to the public. Whoops.

Last supper in Japan. I had Indian curry, of course. :)
After the fish market, I wandered over to Hama-rikyu Gardens. Lovely area, with a seawater pond, and nicely arranged gardens and bridges. There was a water taxi departing just as I got to the attached docks, so I hopped on for the bridge tour north along the river. Was cloudy, but still pretty. At least for a bridge nut like me. :)
Hooray logic. My plane leaves at 6:20, so surely a delivery time to the airport of 3-6 will be okay!
I certainly hope my bike arrives at the airport -before- I have to go through customs. >:( It was ready to ship yesterday. Why would it take 2 days to send it 15 kms out of townï¼!
Yay. Messed over by a delivery company once more. I've no luck with them. I'm sure The company in Kumamoto will find a way to break my bow, just to round things out.
Do not read any further if you are easily grossed out.
No, really.
Hey hey. One day left in Japan, which is enough time for the experience all foreigners dread. Squat toilets and diarhea is not a happy combination. Apparently having a bunch of Frisk after 3 years of no strong minty things makes for a great laxative.
